About the Artist:

I was born in the summer of 1979 in Columbus, Ohio. I started expressing interest in art at a very early age. From 5th grade up through my last year in high school I took Saturday morning classes at the Columbus College of Art and Design. After graduation I promptly enrolled at Ohio State University were I completed two years of my BFA before I promptly dropped out. Now, ten years later I'm back in school at ITT-Tech and I'm almost finished with my Associates of Applied Science in Multimedia and Information Technology.

In my ten year hiatus from higher education, I spent a lot of time doing various freelance work for people and companies. The knowledge I gained from my various freelance activities pushed me more and more to finally go back to school and get the degree I needed so I could truely persue a career that I actually wanted, as opposed to the various degrading occupations I had leant myself thus far.

Presently I still do some freelance work, and at my present job with textbooksrus.com, I get a chance to use some of my skills there as well, helping them with various graphic needs and layout work for the different websites we operate.
